Cycling Virgin No More!

Before starting to train for this Cycling 4 Water ride across Canada I would have to say I was a Cycling Virgin! Today I declare myself a Cycling Virgin No More!! I have:

Conquered a 100 Mile Day!

Swallowed Bugs…

Crashed 5 Times, 3 times in our Drive Way!

Changed at least 7 Flat Tires, 3 in One Day!

Cycled more than 2000 km this Spring.

Been Traumatized by Crazy Drivers and Dogs.

Spent more Money on Cycling Accessories than I  would have ever Imagined!
