Day 47: Owen Sound to Cambridge – 167 KM

Beautiful day! It was a “sun in your face and wind at your back” day! Just as we left Owen Sound, we took a little side trip to Inglis Falls. Nice start to the day.

Small towns, farm land and hills characterized so much of our ride.  

Our route took us very close to the national headquarters of Home Hardware, so we took the detour to personally thank them for their sponsorship.

Our destination, Cambridge, gave us our first taste of “big city” traffic, not part of the ride we are looking forward to as we approach the metro Toronto area.

Our host for the evening, Temple Baptist Church, provided showers, a meal, parking and an evening program. Thank you Temple Baptist crew!
