We had a whole day of tail winds! We made the 180 km ride with an average speed of 26 km per hour. This included some long hills. On the downhill runs we hit 50 km in some places. It really was a great day and a beautiful ride. We have logged over 8,000 km now and will end with our arrival in Halifax on Saturday. Pastor Chris hosted us for showers, laundry and dinner. Sunny Brae Baptist Church provided overnight parking.
